Resolved Question: the atlantic coast conference?

this year, the acc has not been good as a conference, and i think the reason for that is because the big12 and sec are dominating the rankings. with that said, forget about all the other conferences and just focus on the acc for this question. who do you think are the top 5 teams in the acc this year? it's kind of hard for me to figure it out this year, since all the teams are always slipping in and out of the bottom half of the top 25....
